Questions Before Ordering
Practical answers about custom bags, artwork, MOQ, samples, lead times and shipping.
What is the minimum order for a custom bag?
The standard custom programme typically starts at 500 pieces. Material, construction and the number of colours or sizes affect the minimum. Existing styles and specialist jewellery packaging may have different minimums; we confirm the exact requirement in your quote.
Can I start with a photo rather than a finished design?
Yes. Send a reference image or link, what the bag will hold and your estimated quantity. We can discuss suitable dimensions, fabric, closure and branding before you have a complete specification.
Can I see my logo on the bag first?
Request a free digital mockup. Share vector artwork if available, a reference style and the intended logo position. A mockup shows the proposed layout; a physical sample checks the actual colour, texture and finish.
How long does sampling take, and what does it cost?
For a standard fabric-bag project, typical sampling is 3–5 working days after the design, material and artwork are agreed. The reference sample fee is US$0–30, depending on the request; courier charges and specialist development are quoted separately.
How long does bulk production take?
As a planning reference, a typical 500–2,000-piece fabric-bag order may take around 12–15 days. Material preparation, approved sample, artwork, payment and order scope determine the confirmed start date. This is production time, not international transit time.
Which details do you need for an accurate quote?
Send a product or bag reference, quantity, dimensions or what goes inside, preferred fabric, logo, colour breakdown and destination. If a detail is undecided, say so; we can help compare options.
Can I customize the fabric, size and closure?
Discuss cotton, canvas, microfiber, velvet, satin, linen-look and other available directions. Finished size, usable space, drawstrings, ribbon, flap, zipper and lining are agreed for your selected design, rather than assumed from a photograph.
How will my logo be applied?
Options include screen print, heat transfer, metallic foil, embroidery, woven labels and embossing where suitable. The best method depends on the fabric, detail, colour count and artwork area. We confirm feasibility and setup costs before sampling.
What gets checked before shipment?
Agree checks against the approved sample: quantity, dimensions, fabric and colour, logo placement, stitching and closure, packing and carton marks. If you require a particular inspection plan or third-party inspection, include it in the order brief.
Can you arrange shipping?
Discuss courier for samples and smaller shipments, or air and sea freight for larger orders. Tell us the destination postcode and required arrival date. Freight, duties, taxes and the applicable trade terms are quoted explicitly rather than assumed to be included.
Is every product on this site certified?
No blanket certification is claimed. Tell us the exact material, product and destination requirements so the team can identify applicable documents. A fabric certificate does not automatically certify every finished bag.
How do I place a repeat order?
Reference the approved sample and specification, previous order details, new quantity and any changes. Confirm colour matching, artwork, material availability and the new production schedule before proceeding.
