Choosing a logo method for fabric

Judge the result on the chosen material, not only on a screen.

Start with artwork and the surface

Share the logo file, intended size and placement. Explain which details must remain readable. A fine mark can behave differently on a textured weave than on a smoother surface.

Discuss the available methods

Screen printing, transfer, foil, embossing and labels have different requirements. Availability depends on the actual fabric and construction. Ask the supplier which methods are feasible for the selected style instead of assuming one method works everywhere.

Approve an actual sample

Review the result on the proposed material. Check color, position, edge definition and the way it looks when the bag is filled or closed. Agree any performance checks relevant to the intended use.

Keep a reproducible record

Record the artwork version, size, color references, location and approved sample. For a reorder, confirm whether the same fabric, method and setup will be used.

General sourcing guidance. Final specifications and commercial terms are confirmed for your project.
